It's 2013, baby!

In case you've been under a rock the past few weeks, It's 2013!! Yay! The world didn't end! 

Not that I was afraid of that happening anyways...

I don't even want to know when the last time I blogged was. A long freaking time ago. I've been meaning to, but at the same time I haven't been. I want to blog, I just run out of creative juices and motivation. Mostly motivation.

But it's a new year, new beginnings. I'll try again. Maybe this time I won't fail. 

It's officially 7 days into the new year and it's been full of emotions. Good and bad.

First, we lost my beautiful Aunt, Mary, to cancer. She was a beautiful woman who always had a smile on her face. I have a lot of memories of her from when I was a child, but not many as I grew older. I have many regrets in that situation, but I can't live with regrets, so I'll live with goals on making sure I don't have to deal with those regrets every again.

My truck also went stupid. Nothing major, but enough to be a hassle. 

David and I FINALLY set a wedding date. One we won't change and we are actually planning! Together! Woah!

We are soooo much closer to getting a house. I took over the finances and I'm pretty much rocking it out. It helps that David has a good paying job. 

While we started with some craptastic things, I'm completely looking forward to what this year will bring. Hopefully most of this years posts with be filled with glitter and sunshine (occasionally sarcasm) and not filled with too much pissing and moaning. I'm not making any promises though.
